Revised and up dated in its Tuscan origins, the food served by Bice Chefs is an unconditional commitment to satisfying its clientele. Chefs are always taking steps forward to extend their vision throughout the world, craving for the best way to please the most difficult palates.

Our adventure in Japan began in the year 1992 as the first Italian main-dining in a five star hotel at the Four Seasons Hotel at Chinzan-so. Very classical in its Victorian interior, Bice quickly became a spot for the family to gather and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and service.

Strong with this experience in Japan Bice felt that it was time for a new location in the heart of the city. After over 2 years of market searching looking for an area where trend in food and fashion would be a major point. Bice finally found the right location in the Caretta Shiodome Building.

Now the road that leads ahead will be of a new task, yes! But the consistency of the quality and high standards are definitely not out of focus. Once somebody said that “Going to Bice is like entering a friend’s lounge”, we love to have lots of people visiting our House, we like to please them with our food and entertain with our service.
